We will achieve this by:
• Fully understanding and conforming to the agreed requirements of the client and always delivering the right result the first time;
• Continually improving the effectiveness of the quality management system;
• Ensuring that all personnel understand the quality management system and are committed to its implementation and maintenance at all levels of the organisation;
• Ensuring a sense of ownership is instilled into all employees by active participation in quality improvement processes thereby encouraging pride and commitment in all aspects of their work;
• Suitable training will be provided to all employees and during the induction of new employees; and
Ensuring all contractors, sub-contractors, consultants and suppliers engaged by the Company comply with the directions and policy of the Outback Logistix Pty Ltd. quality management system;
